Nokia Care not installing! D:

So When i launch the installer for the nokia care suite it says i need to download something and it gives me the link, i installed the thing and then i launch nokia's care suite installer and it still says i need to download it!

Have you tried installing what you've downloaded? ._.

Then you might need to download and install another file, have u checked if the links provided are the same?

its probably visual c++ runtime, download all versions as it prompts. On Win8 it kept on prompting to install everything from .net 1.1 to 4.0
