No GDR2 update despite what's shown in the Nokia Support site

Hello,
I've got the Lumia 920 in France last December and I was there for the GDR1 update but now I live in Greece and I'm still waiting for the GDR2.
My phone is the French country variant version witch is listed as available for quite some time now. Recently the Lumia 920 country variant in Greece had been updated too to available for GDR2 but I got nothing? Is there a problem with changing countries? If so, how can I fix it? I don't want to flash my device so maybe if I connect to a French VPN I could solve this?

Hello, no it's not a problem of changing the country - my 920 a French Country Variant et I don't have Amber neither (listed available).
