Call Blocking.... how do I??

Ok, so happy that the Amber update brought in call blocking, but I can't for the life of me get the blasted thing to work.
It's switched on, and it says assign numbers from the call list, but when I go to the call list, there is nowhere to 'add' them to the blocked list

Can anyone provide a screenshot for this? or advise where I'm going wrong?

Hold your finger on the number you want to block and it should pop up as an option
