display problem ?

sometime My lumia 920 is blink on left side and have white line on top to down . is this problem from hardware(display) or software ?

My guess is that it is hardware, but that's just a guess.

My screen won't go dark during the call, and I couldn't find anything in the settings to turn it on again. I just ear-dialed someone in the middle of the night, while on phone, didn't know such thing could happen (my ears might be little too large but not elfish pointy-large). And no, it wasn't any of my close friends.. Any advice? I think that's after the update..
