Hi guys,
Have had my Lumia 920 for about 9 months, not a hitch, but yesterday it turned itself off, refused to load past the BSOD and then the Windows Boot Screen, so off it goes to be replaced.
The email from Nokia states: "Remove and retain your battery, battery cover, SIM and memory card before packing your device. We assume no responsibility for these items or their return if they are sent to us."
I am being overly cautious yes, but am assuming that as the Lumia 920 doesn't have a removable battery, battery cover or memory card, that I can just ignore those instructions? Just don't want anything else to go wrong!
Thanks in advance.
