Skype or Viber

Hi guys. My dad just bought a xperia M. He basically nought it for video chat with me. But i am confused if i will use Skype ir viber.
I installed Skype,and found,that ut makes battery drain and,heats the phone in standby. I know viber ia not that all rounder but i guess it does the job of video chat. Delay in notification and little bugs t okay for me coz whenever we will chat its gonna be informed via call. Will be in wifi basically and daily 1 hour. The important thing for me is to avoid is no battery drain and cell not getting heated. Any idea which is good. Also some other app will be appreciated

but then skype was heating my phone.viber doesnt seem to.How is the video quality and all. m not too much into HD

The VIBER app I got installed on my 920 doesn't have video calls !!!....

Oh.it doesn't have one. I didn't know m new to viber but last time i used it in ipod it had video chat i guess

Yes. Only VIBER for desktop has video calls.
