Hi I have a nokia 920 and it has completely frozen, i cant turn it off, is there any help as to how i can unfreeze it

but seriously. have you tried to soft reset? push Vol down and Power at the same time for some time.
or try to follow the button combinations here. That is a hard reset though.

VOL UP+DOWN+LOCK BUTTON HOLD FOR 10Sec should do it.
