Bluetooth issues with an 2014 Civic

The thing is: in a certain night, my 920 didn't wanted to stabilize a connection by no means with the car, so I just put the phone to forget the car and I would try it from scratch. Now whenever I try to even connect, it asks for the car pin and then says it was unable to connect (the car also claims that). I believe that the car didn't forgot the phone, even though I changed it's name trough the Windows Phone app. I also believe that a full reset would solve it, but that's not how I want to proceed.

Any help will be grateful.

Certainly start by ensure the pairing is removed from both the phone and the head unit. I'm not sure about newer head units but I have to connect the telephone portion before I can connect the BT Audio.
