Okay so got another update. It's 2009 now but still Amber. Something doesn't quite seem correct here.

You said 2009 is for Black, right? Are you 100% sure?

Lumia Black is listed as coming soon for India. 3049.x is Amber, and Black is most likely going to be 3051.x

You'll get a notification (if you have it set) when Lumia Black becomes available. You don't need SysApp Pusher since the phone automatically checks for app updates once every 24 hours.

The 3047.0000.1326.2009 is the firmware version for Nokia Black update.which is not available yet in most locations.
You are current for firmware updates if you have Amber listed in extras+info.

In settings, phone update, you can set the phone to notify you when updates are available.
You don't need SysApp Pusher.

I was wrong. 3047.0000.1326.2009 is the Amber firmware for the 920 in India.
When you look at firmware numbers at Software update for Nokia Lumia with Windows Phone 8 - Nokia They don't change until the update status changes to 'available'. When Black becomes available, then the firmware number will change.
