I need help with a gdr3 storage problem

hey, so today I saw that AT&T had finally pushed out Lumia black for the 920 so after I updated the first thing I did was do the new "clear temporary files " feature and I know it says it may take a long time to clear it but I've been waiting an hour and a half and it still says deleting temporary files, what should I do thanks!

no I noticed it will restart if you lock the phone or go somewhere else in the phone, so I set the screen timeout to never and left it "deleting temporary files" while I slept which was about 9 hours and it still said "deleting" and my storage didnt go up or anything
