Does it have a clean IMEI? Is it unlocked (or if it is locked, is it branded to the same carrier you have)?

I'd suggest meeting the seller at your carrier's store, so they can check it out in the store, especially to ensure that it has not been reported lost or stolen and blacklisted.

As with any phone buying, check it all out, trust your gut, check the ESN and otherwise cover your ****.
Maybe poke around, check nothings broken that you care about.
May want to check its got the OEM curved display among other parts.
And make sure its a 920, there was a thread earlier about some yahoo passing off a 520 as a 920. Whether maliciously or by ignorance, I don't know.

Wait a minute, I assumed you meant a face-to-face meeting list Craigslist.

EDIT: wow it censors "b u t t"

Well I have seen it and it is L920 haha but I just am worried coz he is not giving the box with the phone. Can't complain because the price is as low as USD 175
