After sudden changes in battery behavior and constant overheating, even after multiple hard resets I have come to conclude my Nokia Lumia 920's battery needs to be changed, I've ordered a battery from Nokia and am awaiting arrival. In the meantime I need to figure out how to change the battery properly without damaging the phone, so is there any good tutorials anyone would recommend? Sending it to a Nokia care facility is not a option. I've even went as far as deleting apps like Nokia Drive, Skype, and even disabled almost every feature but still discharges up to 20-40% a hour!
