how to remove/uninstall broken app?

Hi

Im having trouble with the app Accessories, It hasnt been properly installed and i cant install a new update How can i remove accessories and reinstall?
or do i have to do a har reset??

in system settings i have this instead of accessories @c:\data\programs\{2fa580.. etc

Any Suggestions?

Buddy that app is getting update that's why it is displayed like that.
After 8.1 update I was also seeing in place of accessories those weird directory.
Then I checked download section of store and it was getting updated.

But the problem is that i can?t download the update and install it. The app has never worked before, not even before 8.1

to uninstall the accessories set your date to some what 04/16/2212.
then go into setting click on accessories and there will be option to unistall it
then install accessories from store
