Will the Lumia 920 be worth buying in September?

I love my current Lumia, (the 520) but it's just not powerful enough for me. I'm going to give it to my brother for ?50 when I replace it, but is the Lumia 920 still a worthy replacement?
From what I've seen online, the 1020 is superior but the price is ridiculous ($500 dollars fully subsidized? that is the most expensive phone in the world and it doesn't appeal to business customers because it doesn't have a keyboard) and the 925 and 928 look good, but again too expensive.

The 920 looks like the best step up from the 520, but will it still be worth buying this September?

Unless Microsoft or Nokia comes out with other phones than the 920 and 630 in June, then I say yes, it'll still be worth it. The specs are still on par with phones coming out this year in my opinion. I'm still rocking my L920 since the beginning and won't upgrade to any other WP device until I see a true successor to the L920.

Yes I agree. The 920 is still a flagship and still holds place with the upcoming Windows Phones. I still love my 920 and my next upgrade will be the 920 successor (Lumia 930) and will only upgrade of its worth it. If not, will still stick to my 920. Go for it bro...920 rocks.

Who knows what will happen by September, but I don't think that there will be any budget devices coming out that will be better than the current 920.

The 920 is a tank with plenty of storage and juice - still one of the best bangs for your buck. I agree... rocks. Battery life should be more than fine when you learn how to manage it, esp. since it has more capacity than the 520.

Lumia 920 has a 2000 mAh whilst the 520 has a 1430mAh. This gives the 920 39.86% more battery power than 520. I do a lot with it before it dies and I love it

Same hhere cuz the budget phones are coming down to a more lesser stage....in reference to the upcoming Lumia 630 & 635 as compared to the 520. These phones might be of the same size as the 920 but can't overrun it. The 920 will still rule them. The 920 will still be strong even when the 930 and other WP8.1 flagships come out and I believe it will still get updates and supports UNLESS Microsoft kills it after fulfilling it's 36 months update support

Yeah i dont see why not. My 920 is holding up great.

Especially since you can get them very cheap now.
