The Lumia 920 is no longer in production and doesn't have hardware support any more (based on a conversation with Flipkart and then with Nokia Care about my 920, they were unable to replace the USB connector board). You may wish to think about a newer device, or wait till the next wave of Lumias launch. At that time, prices of the 925 should drop. I don't think an L920 is a good idea at this time.

That is a $10 dollar part. Buy it from eBay or amazon and open up the phone and replace!!

I have lumia 620 and now i am purchasing a used 920 which has still 5 months of warranty left for 16300. I even have an offer if i give my l620 I'll have to pay 9000 rupees more. I'll get all accessories, box, bill, 3 different color bumper cases which are unused and a wireless charger.

I have had my 920 since Nov 2012. I have to say it still runs extremely well with the 8.1 update. Also because of its weight its a tank. I've dropped my phone several times barely a scratch.

Well, I bought a 920 in Dec 2012. Loved it, but decided a year later to sell it and upgrade to a 1020. Never loved the 1020, the photos seemed no better than the 920 to be honest. Sold it and bought a Nexus 5. I needed to see what Android was all about. Nice phone, lovely screen, but felt quite cold about it. I heard about the Lumia 930 and made a decision to listen to my heart and return to the Windows Phone fold. I bought a 920 on eBay for ?145 and replaced the black housing with a red one I already had. The screen was immaculate so I ended up with what looks like a brand new phone.

It doesn't feel like an old model, I put 8.1 on it and it flies. When got it, I flashed it with the generic GB firmware, opted not to restore a backup, and installed the dev preview. I have had only one problem (which I was expecting) - I can't access my work network which uses a proxy. I get no lag, get WhatsApp notifications and have experienced none of the 8.1 issues posted in this forum.

I'm now happy with my phone. The 920 is a gorgeous device, I even love the heft, lol.

It's either this or wait for the 930. For me I have forgone all the latest Nokias and kept my 920 because of the wireless charging. It's just so dam handy.

I'm surprised at how ageless the 920 is. Even after 1.5 years on the market, it still performs brilliantly, even with WP8.1!

I honestly think upgrading to a phone just for higher specs on this platform it's redundant. Performance is smooth as ever. Could not ask for more. You won't get any extra features that justify the price of a newer phone. 920 has it all. Even features that some of the newer lumias lack.

indeed...as I have mentioned in other posts, I think it is going to take a lot to make me replace my 920. It is still a very capable phone on par with all the newer models.

I had the 920 until earlier this year and "upgraded" to a 1020. I'm now looking to sell my 1020... I'm hoping for a 1520 but would be quite happy still with a 920. It was/is a fantastic phone.

My 920 was from the very first wave to come out, one of those cool dev unlocked ones from Rogers. And it still flies. My wife uses it, and it is actually smoother and faster than my 1020. We are both on dev preview 8.1. It is such a nice phone. I only got the 1020 because I'm a professional photographer so the 41mp camera was calling my name. Otherwise, I would still be VERY happy with the 920.

I got my 920 about 4 months ago. Great phone, I got it at a low price and I think it will last me for years in terms of technical specifications. The only slight negative I notice is the weight when I hold it for extended periods.
