Hi i have a lumia 620 now i am upgrading to lumia 920 for better performance. I have some questions
1. Does 920 have glance and double tap to wake up?
2. Does 920 battery once charged fully last atleast a day with moderate use?
3. Will i be able to update it to 8.1 preview for developers as some say Microsoft has stopped giving updates!

I was trying to figure out if the preview is still up.

There's so many search misdirections about whether it's up still or down I'm not sure.
If anyone could chime in here with a definite answer I'm sure many would be appreciative.

Pretty sure the preview is still around, don't see why not.

920 does have those two features. A must for me in fact.
With 8.1, battery life reports have been sporadic. My 920 has hit 10-12 hours, but then again some have done better than before, some much much worse.

If anything, the 920 would get more updates, but nothing had been given to indicate that either will be favored.

they took the preview down for a few models, not the Lumia 920. I was able to upgrade my wife's Lumia 920 after they announced that they've taken it down for phones with update errors.

It was stopped because some people were only getting the first update and not the second so it was pulled. I'm not sure if the cure has been started there were stories that it was being quietly pushed out so if you had issues you should probably do0 a manual check for updates to see if it will start (opnly if you already ddi the developer preview through app studio

My 920 actually seems to get better battery than 8.0. The first several days have been a rough ride, but now it's sweeter than before lol.

3. Yes I did it last week as my phone was being replaced and I got it last week. But you need to try again and again as I was getting some 8xxxxx error. It was successfully downloaded after 4-5 tries.

As for the 8.1 DP, I'm proof that it still works on a L920. Just got mine replaced because internet sharing wasn't working, and was successfully able to put 8.1 on it...first try.
