    My phone is completely dead. Charging does not do anything. It's been dead for two days now. Volume/camera/power reset button combo does nothing.

    Should I take the phone into an AT&T center?

    Mine did the EXACT same thing. At the exact same time. Whoa. fwiw, neither AT&T nor the MS store had any idea what to do.

    After a software upgrade done by a Accredited Service Center the problem is usually resolved.
