Need help: Lumia 920 is not responding and struck with glance screen

Dear All,

I have Lumia 920 with windows 8.1 preview version. All of sudden, Lumia is struck with glance screen and not responding to double tap or any other buttons (even restart not working). Apparently, glance app is working as I can see time changing and on hand hover, glance image shows up.

Can you please help me to come out of this problem?

Lets try a soft reset by pressing the volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself.

Have you held the volume down and power buttons together for about 10 seconds until it vibrates?

edit: Looks like someone beat me to it!

I did try this option before, somehow didn't work.
