Nokia Lumia 920 cant open any app.. it shows loading screen then goes back to tiles home screen

I have an unlocked AT&T Nokia Lumia 920 which worked fine for the first 4 months. Yesterday the phone froze after I entered my 4 digit unlock keys which is unusual. Then it never went back to normal. I soft reset it(volume down + power) for 20+ times and still not working.. it restarts but whenever i key in any 4 digit code, it freezes and hang up... I got desperate and hard reset it (volume down, volume up, power, volume down). All my apps are gone, my photos are gone too and I now have access to the tiles. But whenever I go to call/messaging/store or even settings it just shows "loading" then goes back to the tiles home screen. I tried to softreset and hardreset it for 20+ more times already but I get the same result.

Any one who had the same issue as this? I need all the help I can get.
