Why can't I start my phone?

Cannot start my phone!!!

Just entered Device Hub settings option and chose something about connecting a device???? Asked me to restart my phone, which I duly did !!!!! Now it will not start at ALL. Tried charging and pressing power button, BUT NOTHING, REFUSE TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BREAK YOUR PHONE WITH A OF 5 PRESSES..............PLEASE HELP ME!!!!:angry:

Try pressing in your Volume Down Button and Power Button at the same time, hold them in until phone vibrates, sometimes it will soft reset in 20 or 30 seconds sometimes longer. When my phone was only about 3 days old it would not turn on after a system update. I was getting ready to return it but tried the soft reset one more time but that time I held the buttons in for minutes instead of seconds it finally vibrated and started. Never has happened again. But the important thing is to hold both volume down and power button in until it vibrates, it may seem to take to long but hold them in until it vibrates.
