After 3 years and 8 months my power and camera buttons stopped working....

I've had this 920 (bought in Bangkok Thailand) for forever in smartphone years and I was hoping it would last until the next flagship phone from Microsoft but alas. The phone was acting screwy and when it snapped out of it the power and camera buttons no longer worked. I did a reset but that didn't fix it. Can't find a fix online so I just went ahead and bought a brand new 920 (it was only $120) to hold me over till the next flagship phone. :unhappy:

That did pretty well for you! Miss my 920. Have an 830 now. You chose wisely.

2 screws on the base and you can open a 920 up. The buttons are on a little board down the edge so might be worth seeing if that came out of alignment or the connector is still firmly made. Checkout Youtube for a dismantle video.
