Why my phone do not have seetings, store and other fundamental apps?

I have reset my phone, I had Windows 10 Insider preview on my LUMIA 920. This is not my first time reset, but this is my first time to see all the apps are disappeared. I tried force reset through buttoms, but it still not working. Now my phone is about to non usable condition. There is no Store, No Browsers, No other apps, EVEN THERE IS NO PHONE CALL. I cannot make phone calls now.
Is there anyone having this problem solved or some experts who knows how to solve this? Please Help me

Try rolling back to 8.1 using Windows device recovery tool and installing windows 10 mobile again
