How is this phone holding up?

I can't get my old 920 out of my head and thinking about taking the time to get it out and use it as my daily driver again.

How is it holding up on the most recent 8.1 OS?

windows phone 8.1 is now currently unsupported by Microsoft and by major developers which means slowly you will find apps diminishing from the store or current apps been left unsupported for no future updates or support. Development at Microsoft wrt wp8.1 has also ended. So i would suggest to move on ahead with any new lumia likely 550,650 950/Xl to enjoy windows 10 mobile and not be left behind with an abandoned software.

I figured that was the case. I just love that phone. I do have a 640 and 925 I use as well - both with W10. I just miss the 920 and WP8.1.

You can trick it into updating to W10 RS1 and it works pretty well

Mine is still doing great, never a hiccup, lockup plus the battery last longer than ever and the OS is not buggy.Plus the photo's it can take are unbelievable, I use it a lot take picture of serial and part numbers on parts of motors, gearboxes, and such you can't see with the naked eye because of corrosion and age but you can see them clearly in the photos. I use my 920 to carry at work, my 1520 would get destroyed climbing around and under equipment.
