How can I buy one, I'm on AT&T?

Plus I'm hoping to GOD Nokia or some WP8 device comes with a battery like the RAZR MAXX HD has. I've had 4 920's now, the third one had the best battery and it still sucked.

I'm definitely getting it when it goes to T-Mobile in the US.

I am getting it because I realize it's not suppose to be an upgrade of the 920 but just another variant for T-Mobile like the 928 is for Verizon and it's unique because it's their first Aluminum Lumia phone and well I really like it and I'm thinking I'm get a black one with a nice color wireless back sleeve ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I just hope its not late June but rather early June.

I imagine it will come with the 1308 or 1314 firmware built in, with Storage Check along with it. Hmm... With that being said, had I not just bought a Rogers 920, the 925 probably would have been my upgrade from my 810. It's a gorgeous phone, and I love that it's aluminum and light and thin. I'm in love with the design and would have definitely gotten one in white! I think it should do well on T-Mobile USA, especially since it will be the first flagship WP for the carrier.

I'll most likely get one once the T-Mo version is out AND if it has 32GB.

The most interesting factoid that I have NOT seen on the Lumia 925 coverage is the price! What will the darn thing cost? I am off my contract with ATT, using a Samsung Focus that can barely hold a charge for half a day. I'm considering an upgrade with ATT (wouldn't have to disturb our family plan), or buying a used 920 and going off reservation, or even switching to T Mobile.

Changing out 920's isn't going to get you better battery life unless it's heavily worn. The 920 has a pretty pathetic 2000 mAh battery. Part of the reason I want a phablet. My Note 2 has a massive 3100mAh battery that lasts forever.

With all the negative threads, this one should be renamed to the 925 Positivity thread or something

469 euros before taxes and subs.

I'm likely going to get it. Thankfully it's not out till next month so I get some thinking time. At best we might get some leaks from EOS already in summer before the likely Q4 release.

Does anyone know if they mentioned anything about the charging covers being able to protect the phone from drop damage?

Not as of yet but I would think they would have one to protect the full body for drops.

I sold my iPhone a few weeks back in preparation for buying an unlocked 920 to use on TMO. My new plan is skip the 920, buy a 521 next week, buy the 925 on launch and give my 521 to a family member so I can start converting everyone.

If it was an 825 I'd be more excited.

Don't get me wrong it looks good but it's just doesn't strike me as flagship the last great Nokia flagship was the N8 which had the kitchen sink and the table saw in it. Not to mention there will be another "new" flagship that comes out with 8.1/Blue around the Christmas time which with any luck with have the specs the market expects out of a 2013 flagship.

    So - No

My initial instinct is to wait for the EOS or phablet device that will arrive late fall, but there is significant doubt as to whether either will be available in TMo, so I might just bite the bullet and take the plunge.

Are you on TMO? Or are you meaning to say you're not willing to switch carriers to buy it? If so, I gotcha. If not, the 2013 AT&T flagship device likely won't be on TMO for at least six months.

I'd guess more like 12 months, since I'm sure the AT&T flagship will land around the same time as the 920 did and will come with a similar window of exclusivity.

However, I'm thinking that the Nokia-AT&T deal permits AT&T to define which Nokia device is their flagship. So if Nokia drops both the EOS and a phablet this fall, it's likely that one of them may be broadly available (probably the phablet). So that's something to consider.

"The Lumia 925 is Nokia's latest Windows Phone, along with the Lumia 928 but many have been concerned that Vodafone appears to have the 32GB version of the Lumia 925, while everyone else has to deal with 16GB of internal storage. It's now come to light that T-Mobile will also be picking up the model with 32GB of storage, which will surely please many to know that it may not be that much of an exclusivity."

I guess T-Mobile execs read this website!
I am for sure going to buy it if it in the same ballpark in price as the 928 or 920 series.
    Hooray for the consumer!

I'm considering picking one up, although O2 UK will be stocking the white one and I prefer the black one. I'll see how much it is around different places.
