Really? WiFi calling wouldn't work for me at first, but it was because my account didn't have a 911 emergency address. Once I added one to my account Wifi calling works. LTE has worked on my prepaid SIM card since I got it in May.

???? I just unlocked my 925 today (had to pay it off and had my account for over 60 days) and I have been using the same MicroSim that I used on my L920 I brought over from AT&T, then on a Z10 I had for a month and Galaxy S4 (had for 3 weeks) and had no problems accessing all the features including WiFi calling on the S4 and 925.

How much better is the 925 than the 521? In your opinion

A lot better. As others have pointed out, it has a faster processor, double the memory, a larger screen with greater pixel density, and has a better camera in back. Beyond that, it has multiple features the 521 doesn't have, such as LTE, HSPA+ 42, a front camera (so you can video chat), Gorilla Glass 2, image stabilization and a flash on the camera, a gyro, a compass, and an FM radio.

The only think I can think of the 925 doesn't have that the 521 does is the microSD card slot.
