So, I finally decided to jump on the Windows Phone bandwagon but I have a big choice to make.

Lumia 925 or 1020? I have made a short list of pros and cons for each (can post if you want),
But for you dear awesome WPC community I have a few questions about the Lumia 925:

- Isn't 925's 16 GB storage problematic? Especially when taking HD video?

- Does the phone scratch easily? (aluminum/polycarbonate body or screen)

- How's battery life?

- Any problems?

16gb, can be for sure. You also have options for SkyDrive storage.

I know that the sides (antenna) get scratched easily.

If you're going on at&t, you have an AT&T Locker, where you can get 50gb of online cloud storage (was free when 1020 released).

I would go with the 1020. The 1020 has the better camera, more storage, and ram. Also, Amazon has it for $150 with a new contract. The build quality seems like it would be better as well. I seen a drop test done on the 925 (youtube) and the screen shattered and got pretty beat up. If the build quality on the 1020 is the same as the 920 then this thing should be a tank.

Dissapointed to hear about the easy scratching.
Is anyone here using a case with their 925?

Contract price doesn't say anything to me. I live in tiny Iceland where binding cell phone contracts are illegal and we pay full price (the carriers often pay us monthly for buying a phone instead).

I use this cheap ebay tpu case on it and it doesn't add much bulk. Feels great.

But i do at times just attach my charging shell so it doubles as my case as well

Heard there was an issue with the polycarbonate back on the 925 being loose. Similar to the creaking and clicking that plagues the Lumia 920. I'm not as thrilled with Lumia build quality as the rest of the world seems to be.
