any problem with overheating ??? the case is big to give some protection & my 920 can get hot whilst on the charger

Not any warmer than with the regular charger attached to it.

You can use plastic knife's they work just as well

The tricky part is getting The back off. Just like The guy in The Video says. The bottom right is tough, only time you should use some force.
