Sometimes can't click on tiles

Hi guys,

Just bought Nokia Lumia 925 and it's a great phone, really I'm very impressed as a former iPhone owner.
I have an issue with tiles that are not open after a certain time of use, YES I do check if all the apps are closed using the back arrow touch key and there is nothing there.
when I click on a tile, any tile just animate like been pushed and nothing happens..any ideas?

Also I ran update and according to Microsoft my phone is updated.

On settings>system>touch, what sensitivity are you using?

It was on High so I changed it to normal, will that will resolve the issue ?
