Re: Lumia 925 cases

T-mobile has Tech21 D3O Impact shell for 14.99 and there's coupon code "ACCOFFER18" that will knock it down to less than 11.00. I paid close to 19.00 (5.99 shipping + taxes). It is really a nice case. I am at work, I will load a picture tonights. BTW, only one color avialable.

Re: Lumia 925 cases

Wow! That thing is like a tank! Looks like it's a soft rubbery material like the first case I got for my 920 (Incipio Dual Pro in black).

Lol
It is a tank.
I referred to it as a "stepping stone" on me Amazon review.
Went back to the green case it's not nearly as brick looking.

Cases like that have their uses I think, if your going biking or something like that then a "mother" of a case is very handy.

However it does look to have that sort of material that everything will stick to. I had something similar on my S4 and the first time I had it in my pocket it looked like some sort of knitted cover when I took it out because of all the pocket fluff that was stuck to it.

Re: Lumia 925 cases

Just upgraded to a 925 from a 521 about 5 hours ago. I got this case while I was there. Guytronic, the back is a translucent smokey color showing the back of the phone.

Here is the back side. It is not clear version. It is frost version, I guess clear version will show more white. DSC01792.JPG

I have the one below on both my 925 and 1520 but I don't have a photo of it on my 925 so here is a photo of it on my 1520

I thought this thread died to be honest....but I got myself the incipio feather. My phone fell in the toilet the day after so I didn't post any pictures, but here it is. A lot of grip, a lip for the camera, and corner protection, but the face of the phone seems very prone. I think it was a good pickup for $9. Sorry about the shotty quality, but my Lumia is the best camera I have.

I like thin cases and something that keeps the phones form as well. I like the Incipio cases,
the feather ( Amazon.com: Incipio Feather Slim Case for Nokia Lumia 925 - Retail Packaging - Black: Cell Phones & Accessories )
and the dualpro ( Amazon.com: Incipio DualPro Hard Shell Case with Silicone Core for Nokia Lumia 925 - Retail Packaging - White/Gray: Cell Phones & Accessories ).
I had the feather for my HTC 8X and my friend has the dual pro for his HTC 8X (He loves it) but I would assume the same kind of feel and protection for the Lumia 925.

If you want something thin, I would either suggest the NILLKIN Frosted Shield Case With Screen Protector For Nokia Lumia 925T ( Amazon.com: NILLKIN Frosted Shield Case With Screen Protector For Nokia Lumia 925T --- Color:Black: Electronics )
or Nillkin V Style Mix Flip Pu Leather Cover Pc Hard Case for Nokia Lumia 925, for something with cover protection as well ( Amazon.com: Nillkin V Style Mix Flip Pu Leather Cover Pc Hard Case for Nokia Lumia 925 (BLACK): Cell Phones & Accessories )
or the Incipio feather case.

The Nillkin cases have a great feel and protection to them while keeping a slim profile. While the I do love the Incipio feather case, it does get oily looking and feel eventually.
The Incipio Dualpro case is a great case for protection but does add some bulk, I plan on buying the one for the 925 eventually ( since I liked the feel on my friend's HTC 8X) for when I go to concerts, parties, activities with a bunch of movement and people, etc.

Prices and shipping can vary from Ebay and Amazon, so check it out on both.

And that's my two cents.

Probably not. I have the Incipio Feather case right now but I'm going to replace it with the Incipio Ghost PMA charging cover. The official Nokia 925 Qi charging shell in black doesn't seem to be available anywhere in the US anymore. The Incipio charging cover also covers more of the phone than the Nokia Qi shell. I didn't have a wireless charging pad or any other wireless charging devices so for me there is no diff between PMA/Qi. The case was on sale for $25 from ATT and the Duracell Powermat is like $30 from Amazon.

I don't use a case on my phones, but I did get a case for a family member's 925 called the MPERO Impact X Series (in green). It's a rugged case and not lightweight at all, but it does its job very well and has a built-in kickstand too. It makes the 925 easier to hold and is raised above the camera lens so it won't get smudged easily (I don't know what Nokia was thinking when they put the camera so low). The only problem I can see with it is that the kickstand doesn't stay very secure and sometimes will open up at random times, but I assume it's just this particular one. It's one of best rugged case that isn't too expensive for the 925 that I've found, so if you later on consider a rugged case, I think it's a good choice.

I thought about/ am still thinking about this case....Body Glove has given me good protection in the past, and this one doesn't seem too thick. There's also an additional 25% off.
