I'm not surprised it finally hit the $200 mark. I got it late last month from Newegg for $250. Really glad I didn't shell out $504+ to T-Mobile to get it.

I said this in another thread, but I see this insanely low price drop as a good thing. It might push the 925 into similar popularity that the 521 has seen. As a result, T-Mobile will probably get newer WP devices.

Read description on the HSN.com. It says expandable!! How dumb.
Storage: 16GB internal memory (expandable with optional microSD/SDHC cards, sold separately)

I agree. I purchased one for 250 but with tax and shipping it was 277. I returned the unit. I'm going to see what is released in place of the 925.

Although I'm thinking of ordering the phone yet again as I can get 15% off on this $200 price. It's possible that I can grab this phone for $170.00 - Now that is really a good deal considering that less than 3 weeks ago I paid 277 with tax and shipping.

Yeah, I saw discrepancies with the description of the 521, too. If memory serves me, it was also on HSN.com.

FYI, someone posted in the news article that Newegg Flash also has it for $200 but with no tax and free shipping for most people. Same exact phones since Newegg and HSN 925s all seem to come from the same Simply Wireless warehouse.

And FWIW the HSN product picture shows a 12 volt car charger (anyone use those anymore with USB being the norm now?) while the Newegg phones don't come with a 12 volt. If anyone orders from HSN, they might want to confirm the charger if they care, I'm thinking its not included since not anywhere in descriptions.

Newegg is showing the 925 by itself as not available.
However they still have a couple with little goofy plug in speaker for 259.

Now I'm far from an expert on unlocking but if you don't intend to use it on a T-mobile network I would think that you can unlock form a third party.
