When I take a pic with my phone, the pic looks great! However, when I go view it later in photos, it looks all different. The photo isn't as sharp and the colors would change. Is this normal? Like the moment when I take the pic, the photo looks great but after later on, the quality sucks.

Viewing them on the phone. I don't know why it's like that.

The phone preview images are a lower resolution than the full pixel images.

Try this app to view full res on the phone:
Zoom | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

I don't think the zoom app does anything but zoom on the pics instead of seeking it like the way I originally shot the pic. Is there any way to view things on your phone in full resolution because it doesn't make sense that you can take great pics but the only place you can see them look good is on your PC instead of your phone.

So you didn't read about or try the ZOOM app then?

I tried the ZOOM app and couldn't really find any difference rather than it has the ability to zoom much more on a picture.

Well you asked if there was a way to view pictures on the phone in full resolution
This is exactly what ZOOM does.
The app allows you to view photos in the resolution they were taken.
It doesn't just zoom the photo.

Sounds like your phones color profile may need sweetening perhaps.
