Help with new 925

Just bought second-hand unlocked 925. All works but there are no settings for double tap to wake or glance although both seem to be working. Any ideas?

Just check for updates

Ditto ... You can update phone, check in Store, or install an app like Lumia System Updater.

Check for updates and if you like you can install Developer preview program so you can update to Windows Phone 8.1
Tip: for faster updating: Set language and location to English/English-USA
