i was hoping that someone could tell me if it possible for me to replace the screen and body for lumia 925.
If i could,how much will it costs me and do nokia centre make this kind of repair?

Yup, it can be a DIY job. However, you will have to be comfortable with following instructions and being inside the device. You will need to be careful, there's a risk of killing the device, and you will need a couple special tools.
I believe that you can look at eBay or something to see the prices 925 screens, housings, or even donor devices go for.

Nokia Center does the official repairs, if the risk and time spent would cost too much for you, you can have them repair it for you.
