NO SOUND! Loud Speaker + Apps using phone Mich

Hi people,

so my loud speaker is not working on my Lumia 925. People cannot hear me when I activate the feature and attempt to talk. Also when attempting to record Audio through the phone's Mich in bot hthe 'Voice Recorder Pro +' and '6snap' apps these also do not catch any audio. Though talking on the phone to people is absolutely fine!?

Can anyone suggest any ways to get round this issue as it's extremely annoying.
