L925 screen just went black (Cyan)

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone can help or had a similar issue...

So just a few minutes ago I was cleaning the screen. This is sth I do often and never had any issues.
After wiping the screen I hit the unlock button, but the screen remained BLACK!!

The phone was on, but I couldn't see anything..... I hit the search button to see if cortana would
respond and she did. So the phone was definitely on.

I plugged in the charger and heard the confirmation sound so again the phone wasn't dead.

While charging I did a soft reset, the phone started, but stayed too long on the nokia logo screen.
Eventually the phone booted up and things looked normal for a second.
It happened again!! The weird part was I was able to seel my lockscreen this time..
But when i pulled down the notification center everything was blank!

I did a SR again and for now it seems to be working fairly well...

The only issue I have is that my mail apps aren't opening! Everything else seems to be working tho..

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Oh and my battery level was around 70% before the black screen scenario

I had similar problem about two weeks ago. My lock screen was empty and only thing it showed was the clock. Then after unlocking it (it did it by itself) my start screen was completely empty (no tiles). It self rebooted and everything was fine until next day. Same thing happened. Since then it haven't happen again

Thanks for replying! I was wondering if I was the only one... Yea I've been locking and unlocking the phone continuously just to be sure

Happened to my 925 around 2 months ago.
I ended up doing a hard reset not because of the black-out just to straighten out a fast discharge bug.

I'm not sure about this.
I have a theory that battery sense is the culprit.
I went back to my former battery app and have had no issues at all with my 925.
