Lumia 925 Won't Power On (

Hey guys, needing some help. My Nokia Lumia 925 wont power on. I connect it to the charger and the start icon is lit up and stays lit, no flashing or anything. I looked around and i've seen that by soft resetting or even hard resetting it it should fix it. However this hasn't helped at all. No reaction from the phone at all. I've also tried to connect it to my computer to try the Nokia Software Recovery Tool, but it doesn't connect to the PC either and no change on the phone at all.

Side note: It was dropped in water for about two seconds, but i have let it all dry first. Could this be the problem?

Out could be still wet. Wait for it to really dry. And try turning your phone by pursuing volume up till you see an exclamation mark then press volume up, down, power, down
That should do a hard reset when you can't access the phone.

Note that I am not sure about the combo, so check online if it is the right one.
