Cortana can't hear me

I just update to Cyan and got 8.1. Everything is running okay but Cortana can't hear me. I speak but I get no response. I also don't get talk so someone with speaker mode turn on.

Have you rebooted the phone? I had this happen once, and that fixed it.

Yea, I did a hard reset and reboot and it does not fix it.

I read online that if you download a different language and switch back to the native language you use it would fix it. I'm testing it out now. Just taking forever to download the file. I will give you an update
