Lumia 925 or 735 as Lumia 520 upgrade?

735 would be nice though. You can store all your apps in the sd card. So you could possibly have 136 gb storage on the 735 vs 16gb storage on the 925. you have a removable battery and the cpu is more efficient so the battery life will be longer. Try looking for 730/735 gameplay on YouTube of big games for yourself, you'd be surprised at the results

Camera-wise is probably closer than you think. Optics, sensor technology and algorithms have improved a lot since 925. No OIS being the main negative.

Bought the Lumia 925 today for 200?, only 10? difference with Lumia 735, can't wait to receive it!

Go for the Lumia 735. The Lumia 925 has poor battery...I should know I own one. Camera wise I think the Lumia 735 has the edge because the front camera is way better. I'm seeing pictures posted on this forums - shots taken by Lumia 735 using the main camera and it is really good and sharp. The Lumia 735 has the advantage of Denim firmware, removable back covers, wireless charging by default (the Lumia 730 dual sim does not have wireless charging), SD card support up to 128GB. The lack of camera button is really not a deal breaker for me as I rarely use it. The amoled screen on Lumia 735 is good as well. I would suggest Lumia 735.

Its the right choice, despite what some have stated in the thread the 925 is actually using a more powerful processor and GPU than 730 albiet being dual core.
Also the camera is clearly better.
Screen is debatable but 925 was a flagship and therefore should be having a better display. 925 also has Glance screen which the 730 lacks.

16GB is manageable. 32 would be ideal. More than 32GB on a phone seems crazy to me. Most tablets don't have that much.
925 is super fast and the screen is gorgeous. Really love the amoled with black theme.

Why not get an 830 instead? It has the speed, camera, expandable storage and glance all in one amazingly designed phone, with a removable battery
