The only phones with SD cards are the Lumia:

    520/521
    620
    720
    820
    1320
    1520
    625
    525
    810
    822
    530
    630/5/6/8
    730/5
    830

I believe that's it, could've misses a model or two.

For storing pictures, video, etc. you can use One Drive which to me is a better solution than an SD card.

The main problem is that Windows Phone 8.1 does not support USB OTG. Therefore a phone without SD card slot, can not have external storage. I think it's a shame and that there really should be USB OTG support. This way I would be able to buy a micro usb hub, with USB and Micro SD slot, so that I would be able to record more than 15 minutes of HD footage.

Actually, it wouldn't help in that regard. The HD setting requires a write time that the port/hub would not keep up with so you would start dropping frames. It would take an UHS-1 card and slow it down to the speed of a Class 4 or worse. It would totally help to offload photos, videos and data to keep enough free to maybe shoot more than that to internal memory though!
