Determine country of carrier for Lumia 925
I received a lumia 925 that is carrier locked by Claro. I'm trying to buy online the unlock code, but on top of the IMEI, I need to provide the country of origin. However, Claro operates in most of the countries of south America so I have no idea which one I should put. The Mobile operator code on the phone is 000-22, which is the code for Latin America carrier-unlocked phones.
In other words, I have a locked phone with a mobile operator code of an unlocked one. No idea why.
The FW is RM-893 VAR MVP LTA CLARO SL BLACK.
Any suggestion on how I can determine which country is this phone from or how I can unlock the phone?
