Windows 10 Mobile hasn't been released yet.
If you're talking about the Windows Insider Preview than yes the Lumia 925 is very much compatible as is practically every single Lumia.

I've been trying to install on my Tmobile 925. I made it to 8.1 Update 2, but now every time I check for updates it says I'm up to date. I installed Insiders Preview, authorized the Win 10, it reboots....but then doesn't pick up the 10 update. Any ideas?

Replaced mine a while ago and since then the 925 is running every w10 build that comes it's way. Currently on 10512 and to be honest you are not missing anything. Too slow, unstable, interface is a mess and no good features added.

I have windows 10 update and it is running very very well so far so good I'm a happy camper.

I ended up having to do a hard reset and the recovery it got the second update and then accepted windows 10 its been running good since then maybe you want to try that.
