Can I pair my Microsoft Band and Bluetooth Earphones at the same time?

I have a Lumia 925 and I recently got a 1st gen Microsoft Band (loving it, by the way!). I'm looking into getting a pair of bluetooth headphones, but I don't want to have to sacrifice connection to my Band in order to use the headphones. I've heard mixed results from over a year ago, so I'm wondering if there have been any solid results recently that says I can pair both at the same time? I assume since only one is a sound device, it will work, but I want to know for sure before dropping money on new headphones.
Also, I'm running 8.1 Denim, if that makes any difference.

I have 1520, I can pair to my Band 1 and my headphones at the same time. Also, my car handsfree.

there is no problem talking to several BT devices at once.

Yep, I use a Band and Bluetooth headphones all the time with my 925. While my band does occasionally disconnect, that's its own problem, never seems to be specifically affected by using the headphones.
