I have a problem with my lumia 925. Yesterday I notice that it always shows ?charching?.
Now it shows the loading icon for about 30 hours but at all it isn?t charging anymore. After more than 3 hours on the charger the battery doesn?t increase. The carching always stays the same at 0% and isnt loading. With the cabel on it it is working( but not chargimg) and after removing the cabel the phone turns of after 5-15 min.
So far I tried a soft and hardreset. I also reset with the windows device recovery tool.
That?s why I think it is not a software problem, it is a hardware problem.
Do you think replacing the battery will solve the problem or is it something different?
