How can I get my Lumia 925 to turn on?

Lumia not switching on

My lumia 925 is not switching on but only showing that the battery is charging. Please help

Let it charge till battery reach usable level until starts
If goes on for more than 15 minutes, detach charger, remove battery, clean battery and phone copper pins, reassemble, and charge. Phone should start.
If not, maybe faulty battery

It's a 925, that battery removal is gonna be tough.
