reverting to windows 8 from windows 10 on lumia 925

Dear colleagues
I upgraded the phone to Windows 10 and then a later version of windows 10.

Now, if I do a hard reset I get a reset to Windows 10 whereas previously whenever I did a hard reset it took me back to Windows 8.

Please may I enquire: If I decided that I would like to revert to Windows 8 now, is there any method to accomplish this?

ps In case anyone was thinking to suggest this - I never backed up the Windows OS when it was Windows 8 so that would not be an option.

Hi - by the way I did manage to get back to Windows 8.1 thanks to the link kindly provided.
Theres a certain app that isn't believe it or not working fully with win10
By the way, does anyone know if flashing firmware can "unlock" a phone please?

Flashing firmware won't unlock a phone from a specific cell carrier to the best of my knowledge.

At least this will save me from wasting time trying it out!

Can confirm that flashing a different firmware won't result in an unlock or otherwise change the SIM lock status.

Also for future reference, hard resetting a Windows Phone will not revert to an older version of the OS. It will remain at the current OS installed and not upgrade or downgrade. That is where the WDRT you used comes in.
