Will this phone take pictures quicker than the 822?

I currently have the 822 and while I love it; it takes 3-4 seconds from initially tapping the screen to focus for it to take a picture. Subsequent picture taking is faster like it's already "warmed up" or something. I'm hoping there's instantaneous picture taking on the 928. Anyone know for sure yet?

That's just the camera focusing.

It focuses at the end right before taking a shot. It doesn't take 3-4 seconds to focus.

If you hit the camera button it shoots much faster. Afaik when you tap the screen the camera shifts its focus onto whatever you tapped and then captures the image. If you just press the power button it just takes the photo.

My 920 is very quick with the 1314 firmware. I'm not sure how much difference there is between the 2 phones, but I'm going to say it's less than a second from the time I tap the screen until it's ready to take another picture.

Do you have a microSD card installed?
