Let me start by saying that this thing performs miracles in low light. I have truly been amazed more than once. The problem however...is that the pictures never look that great. They arent dark - so thats awesome, but they always come through out of focus and any existing light source that was in the image looks "streaked" when the photo is taken. I make sure that the lense is clean. Im just not getting the quality results that I had expected in these low light shots. But am still very impressed with the lighting aspect of things.

Are you guys finding any tricks? I have seen some amazing pictures taken..maybe im doing something wrong. But even in "close up", well lit shots it doesnt seem to focus as well as some of the other images i have seen. Or maybe I am spoiled by the "macro" shots on my z10.

Either way, let me know what you guys are doing to get the best shots..I know absolutely nothing about photography.

I'm with you. I know nothing about photography & its settings. I learned to use the tap screen when taking photos it takes better pictures than pressing the camera button. Some instances I had to reset the camera from me adjusting the setting from the ProsShot app. Low light pics always come out great w/ no flash but wish the images would be a little sharper. Wish someone would write a simple step by step process for us new 928 users so we can take advantage of its camera abilities.

A big issue I had on my HD7 was out of focus pictures when using the camera button. With IOS on my 920 I expected to not have that issue and was surprised to find how often pictures would be out of focus or a bit motion blurred. I started to use the touch screen approach to taking pictures and it is much better but I still find that the pictures are not very sharp. I've seen some great pictures from 920's but there must be some tricks because just point and shoot doesn't seem to be doing it for me. Either that or my camera may be working as it should.

You would think the motion blur would be minimal with the floating mechanics
