You can't see it in display models BC the store is usually to bright for the lights on the keys to come on

I had to convince the Sales rep to go in the back and turn off the lights to see what I was talking about. I've decided I'm going to exchange mine tomorrow and if I get another bunk device with button blotch I'll have to go back to my Nexus and wait for Nokia to figure things out.
