Has anyone returned their 928 directly through Nokia? My specific question, is do I just do it by checking warranty status and then sending in the phone and waiting for a new one? I thought I read someone a few weeks ago that had a new device sent and then mailed back the first one. I have similar issues to others (home key and vibrate), but am concerned that if I send it back and wait for a replacement, I will either get a refurbished device or a new device that's worse off than my current one.
