Return through Nokia online?

Has anyone returned their 928 directly through Nokia? My specific question, is do I just do it by checking warranty status and then sending in the phone and waiting for a new one? I thought I read someone a few weeks ago that had a new device sent and then mailed back the first one. I have similar issues to others (home key and vibrate), but am concerned that if I send it back and wait for a replacement, I will either get a refurbished device or a new device that's worse off than my current one.

According to their support page, you send it in. They mention nothing about receiving one first. One of the forum staff in England had his repaired under warranty lately. He sent it in and used an old 7.8 phone he had while waiting. You can always call the Nokia Care Contact Center with any questions before sending.
