if i create a room with my 928 on verizon and include other friends with 928's or any WP8 in general in the room, for anyone on verizon will the messages from all the users come in properly threaded/grouped within the room or is it screwed up like regular group messaging? i usually group message the same people and i've managed to convert a lot of my friends and family to windows phone lol (most of them unintentionally i may add haha they just liked my trophy) so this could be a passable fix for now if it works properly on verizon.

regular group msg works also. You just have to change the setting. In the msg app tap the three dots in the bottom right and goto settings. From there find the group txt option and set it to on. I use group msging all the time and with this setting it acts just like my iphone did.

To answer your other question, yes if you have the group txting option set to on it will work with rooms.

well i made the post because that setting is not on Verizon WP8s, so I was wondering if Room messaging with a group of people will behave properly or not because of that. you can't toggle it on or off because it isn't there.
